Information we collect

None. Aftersky does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on any server. The app has no account system and no login.

Your worries stay on your device

Everything you enter into Aftersky — your worries, predictions, reflections, reminder dates, and the outcomes you record — is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device database. This information never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it (see “Backups” below). It is protected at rest by iOS's built-in Data Protection.

No analytics or tracking

Aftersky contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash-reporting services, and no third-party trackers. The app does not build a profile of you, and it does not follow you across other apps or websites. It makes no network requests of its own.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Aftersky schedules gentle local reminders to revisit a worry on the date you chose. These are on-device (local) notifications only. Their content is generated on your iPhone and is never sent to us or to any server. You can turn notifications off at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Face ID / Touch ID

You can optionally lock Aftersky behind Face ID or Touch ID. Authentication is handled entirely by iOS. Aftersky never sees, receives, or stores your biometric data — it only receives a yes-or-no result from the system that you are authorized to unlock the app.

Backups

Aftersky lets you export a backup of your data as a file, and import one later. This happens only when you initiate it. The exported file is placed wherever you choose to save it (for example, the Files app or iCloud Drive), and from that point it is governed by that destination's own terms — not by Aftersky. We never receive a copy.

Support links

Aftersky includes links to mental-health support resources. If you tap one, iOS opens the relevant phone dialer or website. Aftersky does not share any of your information with those services; tapping a link simply hands off to your phone or browser as any link would.

Children's privacy

Aftersky does not collect data from anyone, including children. No personal information is gathered from users of any age.

Changes to this policy

If Aftersky ever changes in a way that affects your privacy — for example, if optional cloud sync were added in the future — this policy will be updated before that feature ships, and the “last updated” date above will change. Any such feature would be opt-in.
